Corallo Nexus ("we", "our", "the platform") is an AI-powered outreach and marketing automation platform for small and medium businesses. It is operated by Corallo Digital Systems and accessible at corallomeridian.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google user ID.
Business profile: Information you voluntarily enter — business name, description, target customer, tone preferences.
Lead data: For B2B customers — company names, domains, job titles, and contact details of business prospects. For B2C customers — names and contact details of individual consumers relevant to your business. This includes data you upload, data you enter manually, and publicly available information we surface on your behalf.
Usage data: Platform activity, AI content generated on your behalf, spend logs, and campaign performance data synced from connected ad platforms.
Corallo Nexus connects to the following third-party services on your behalf. In every case, data is used only to provide the platform's features to you — we do not sell, transfer, or use this data for advertising or profiling unrelated to the service.
| Service | Data accessed | How we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Google (Gmail, Calendar) | Email drafts, inbox replies, calendar events | Create outreach drafts in your Gmail; detect prospect replies; book meetings in your calendar |
| Meta (Facebook, Instagram) | Facebook Pages you manage; Instagram Business Account linked to your Page; Meta Ads account spend, impressions, CTR, ROAS | Schedule and publish social content to your Page and Instagram; display ad campaign performance in your dashboard; alert you to underperforming ads |
| Your LinkedIn profile; ability to post on your behalf | Publish AI-generated thought-leadership posts to your LinkedIn feed on a schedule you approve | |
| TikTok | TikTok creator account | Schedule and publish short-form video content to your TikTok account |
| Pinterest business account | Schedule and publish pins to your Pinterest boards | |
| Microsoft (Outlook) | Outlook mailbox access | Create outreach drafts in your Outlook Drafts folder as an alternative to Gmail |
| Twilio / SMS | Phone numbers you provide | Send SMS outreach to leads and send you platform alerts |
When you connect your Facebook account, Corallo Nexus requests the following permissions. Each permission is requested only if you enable the related feature:
| Meta OAuth Permission | What it allows | How Corallo Nexus uses it |
|---|---|---|
email, public_profile |
Read your Facebook name and email address | Authenticate you and link your Facebook account to your Corallo Nexus profile |
pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement |
List the Facebook Pages you manage and read their engagement metrics | Identify which Page to publish to, and display page-level engagement data in your dashboard |
pages_manage_posts |
Create, edit, and delete posts on your managed Pages | Publish AI-generated social content to your Facebook Page on a schedule you set. We only post content you have approved. |
instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish |
Read basic Instagram profile info; publish media to your Instagram Business Account | Publish AI-generated images and captions to your Instagram Business Account connected to your Facebook Page |
ads_management |
Read and manage Meta Ads campaigns in your ad account | Display ad spend, impressions, CTR, and ROAS from your Meta campaigns in your Corallo Nexus dashboard. We do not create, modify, or delete your ad campaigns. |
ads_read |
Read-only access to Meta Ads reporting data | Pull campaign performance metrics to alert you when an ad is underperforming relative to your targets |
Note: pages_manage_posts, ads_management, and ads_read require formal Meta app review before they can be used with accounts other than the app developer's. These features are currently available only to accounts approved during the review process. The META_OAUTH_ENABLED flag in our configuration controls whether the full permission set is active.
We do not use your Facebook or Instagram data to target ads at you, to train AI models, or to profile you for any purpose unrelated to the Corallo Nexus features you have enabled. Ad performance data is stored in your private account database and displayed only to you.
You can revoke Facebook access at any time via Facebook App Settings. Revoking access will immediately stop all Facebook and Instagram publishing and ad syncing.
Corallo Nexus's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Google account, Corallo Nexus requests the following OAuth scopes. We request only the minimum scopes necessary to provide each feature. Below is a plain-English description of exactly what each scope allows us to do and why:
| Google OAuth Scope | What it allows | How Corallo Nexus uses it |
|---|---|---|
openid, email, profile |
Verify your Google identity, read your name and email address | Sign you in to Corallo Nexus — standard OpenID Connect authentication only |
gmail.compose |
Create email drafts in your Gmail Drafts folder (does not allow reading or sending) | Place AI-generated outreach drafts into your Gmail Drafts so you can review and send them yourself. We never send email on your behalf. |
gmail.readonly |
Read (but not modify or send) emails in your Gmail inbox | Detect replies from prospects to your outreach emails, so we can update their lead status in your dashboard automatically |
gmail.send |
Send email from your Gmail account | Reserved for future sequencer features where you explicitly approve an email for sending. This scope is requested in anticipation of this feature; we do not send any email automatically without your explicit per-message approval. |
gmail.modify |
Read, modify, and archive (but not permanently delete) Gmail messages and labels | Mark reply-detected threads as read and apply labels to keep your inbox organised around your outreach sequences |
calendar |
Read and write events on your Google Calendar | Create meeting-booking calendar events when a prospect agrees to a call, and read your availability to suggest open slots |
What we do not do with your Google data:
You can revoke Google access at any time from Google Account Permissions. Revoking access will immediately stop all Gmail drafting, inbox monitoring, and calendar booking. Revocation does not delete data already stored in your Corallo Nexus account — contact us at support@corallodigital.com to request deletion.
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database with row-level access controls, transmitted over HTTPS at all times, and OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data — including OAuth tokens, lead records, and generated content — email us at support@corallodigital.com with subject line "Delete my account". We will process all deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
Corallo Nexus is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated policy here with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify you by email at the address on your account.
